Cristian Rizo started RIBAM in 2016 after years working residential trades across Lee County. The company grew almost entirely on repeat customers and word of mouth, which is still where most new projects come from today.
The name stands for a simple operating rule: specialize in a tight list of trades, staff them with people who are actually good at the work, and keep every job accountable to one fixed quote and one finish date.
